01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the PKR365 Game platform — whether through the website at pkr365game.org or through the mobile app available for Android and iOS — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all activities on the platform including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot play, account management, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation and any communication with the PKR365 Game support team.

Using the platform on behalf of another person is not permitted. Your account is personal to you and you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

02 Eligibility

To register and use PKR365 Game you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR365 Game strictly does not allow underage individuals to register or access any real-money gaming features.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a representative of a business or third party.

• You must not have had a previous PKR365 Game account closed or suspended for a breach of these terms.

PKR365 Game reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and address at any point. If satisfactory verification documents are not provided within a reasonable period, your account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals held pending review.

03 Account Registration

Each person may only hold one active account on PKR365 Game. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, address, device, payment method, IP address or other identifiers — are considered duplicate accounts and are prohibited.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact number and a working email address. You must keep this information up to date; if your details change, please update them in your account settings promptly.

• Your username and password are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• Choose a strong password combining letters, numbers and symbols.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately.
• PKR365 Game will never ask for your password via chat, email or phone.

PKR365 Game reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any account at its discretion, including where false or misleading information has been provided during registration.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on PKR365 Game are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet transfer directly from your JazzCash account
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet and over-the-counter options
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfer via the Raast system
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) – interbank funds transfer from any Pakistan bank
• Debit Cards – cards issued by Pakistan banks

Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. PKR365 Game does not charge platform fees on standard deposits made through the supported payment methods listed above. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside PKR365 Game's control.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of making a deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method used and your account verification status. PKR365 Game reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

Deposits made using payment methods not listed as supported, or from accounts or cards that do not belong to you, will be reversed. PKR365 Game will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits, as a standard security and anti-fraud measure.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account at any time. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your registered bank account.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or at any point during your account history.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Check current bonus terms in the Promotions section.
• PKR365 Game reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal where there are security or verification concerns.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

PKR365 Game does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transfers to supported local payment methods. If your bank or mobile wallet provider applies a receiving charge, that is outside PKR365 Game's control. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of submitting a request.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

PKR365 Game offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins on slots, and cricket-season promotions tied to PSL and major T20 tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any winnings derived from them expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and sports betting contribution rates vary per promotion and are stated in the offer terms.
• Abuse Prevention: Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Systematic exploitation of promotions — including using multiple accounts, coordinated play with other users, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

PKR365 Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is modified after you have already opted in, the terms at the time of opt-in will apply to your existing bonus balance.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The PKR365 Game sportsbook covers Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other major sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Bets placed after an event has started are only valid if the platform explicitly offers in-play betting on that market. Any bet accepted in error on a completed event will be voided and the stake returned.
• In-play bets on Cricket — including PSL matches and T20 internationals — are settled based on official match results from the relevant cricket board. Weather interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments and match abandonments are handled as described in the individual market rules.
• PKR365 Game reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match irregularities, corrupted data feeds, obvious pricing errors or technical faults on the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Limits are displayed before bet confirmation and may be adjusted at PKR365 Game's discretion.
• Accumulator and multi-bet rules are displayed in the bet slip. Each leg must be settled as a winner for the accumulator to pay out; any voided leg reduces the accumulator by one selection.

08 Casino Games

PKR365 Game offers a range of casino games including video slots, live casino tables, table games and specialty games. The following conditions apply to all casino gameplay:

• All casino games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real dealers operating standard game procedures under monitored conditions.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is provided by the game developer and reflects the theoretical long-term return. It does not guarantee results in any individual session.
• Live Casino games — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack — are subject to the rules of those specific games as displayed on the live table interface. In the event of a dispute, the live dealer recording is the authoritative source of settlement.
• Jackpot games may have specific contribution and eligibility rules. Progressive jackpots require maximum bet activation where specified by the game provider.
• PKR365 Game is not responsible for any interruptions to gameplay caused by your internet connection. If a game round is interrupted and cannot be recovered, the round will typically be settled to the last confirmed game state.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the PKR365 Game platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identities.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated tools, bots, scripts or third-party software to interact with the platform in ways not intended for standard player use.
• Colluding with other players — including during poker or live casino games — to gain a collective advantage at the expense of other players or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the platform to process funds from illegal sources, or conducting any transactions that violate applicable financial regulations.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or any PKR365 Game staff member through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the PKR365 Game platform, its software or its content.

PKR365 Game monitors accounts and transactions for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, accounts may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. During an investigation, withdrawals may be held until the review is complete.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

PKR365 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct.
• Player-requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.
• Extended periods of inactivity — where an account has had no login or transactions for a prolonged period, it may be classified as dormant in accordance with the platform's dormancy policy.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited where the breach involved prohibited conduct such as fraud, bonus abuse or use of multiple accounts. In all other cases of account closure, your verified PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any required deductions.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact the support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly and your remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming

PKR365 Game is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for adult players. Gaming is meant to be a form of entertainment and should always be kept within personal budget and time limits that you are comfortable with.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced straight away — increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set optional reminders to notify you after a defined period of play so you can take a break and reassess.
